Filings come from public registers: SEC EDGAR, the Clerk of the House and Senate eFD, partly collected through third-party data providers. The delays are set by the rules: Form 4 within 2 business days, Congress trades up to 45 days, 13F up to 45 days after the quarter. Data sources.
Questions
Does Bourse show crypto prices in real time?
No. Prices are delayed and refreshed periodically. They are fine for following the market, not for trading decisions in real time.
How can a 13F filing show crypto exposure?
Investment managers report shares of U.S.-listed products, including spot Bitcoin ETFs. A 13F does not show direct coin holdings or short positions.
