Copyright and IP Complaints
We respect the rights of authors, publishers and trademark owners, and we act quickly on valid complaints.
News content
Bourse shows headlines, short excerpts and thumbnails from publishers' public RSS feeds, always with a link to the full article on the publisher's website. If you are a publisher and do not want your content to appear in Bourse, write to us and we will remove it, normally within 2 business days.
Reporting an infringement
Send an email to bourse.official@gmail.com with:
- a description of the work or trademark you believe is infringed;
- where it appears in Bourse (a link or a screenshot);
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
We review every complete notice, remove or disable access to material that infringes, and tell you what we did. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with your explanation.
Trademarks
Company names, logos, tickers and index names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Their use does not mean any connection with or endorsement of Bourse. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Windows is a trademark of the Microsoft group of companies.
