Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Bourse. By creating an account or using Bourse you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who we are
Bourse is run by Oleg Fylypczuk, a private individual based in Poland ("we"). Contact: bourse.official@gmail.com.
Who can use Bourse
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. To buy Premium you must be 18 or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
One account is for one person. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
What Bourse is
Bourse is an information service. It brings together public financial news, market prices and public filings (U.S. Congress trades disclosed under the STOCK Act, SEC Form 4 insider filings, SEC Form 13F fund holdings and Warsaw Stock Exchange ESPI reports), and adds tools such as a simulated portfolio, calculators and an AI-written daily brief.
Bourse is not a broker, bank or investment firm. You cannot buy or sell anything through Bourse, and the simulated portfolio does not use real money.
Not investment advice
Nothing in Bourse is investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell a financial instrument. Signals, scores, sentiment labels, backtests and AI-written texts are statistical or editorial information. Decisions you make are your own. If you need advice, talk to a licensed professional.
Free plan and Premium
The free plan is free and has no time limit. Premium is a monthly subscription; the current price is shown before you pay and includes any applicable taxes. On the web you pay by card through Stripe, in the Android app through Google Play.
Premium renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
Acceptable use
When using Bourse you agree not to:
- copy, scrape or download data in bulk, or resell or republish it;
- access the service with bots or scripts beyond normal personal use, or try to get around usage limits or the paywall;
- probe, scan or attack the service or other users' accounts;
- use Bourse for anything unlawful.
Data accuracy and availability
Data comes from official sources and third-party providers. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Filings are published with legal delays (Congress trades up to 45 days after the trade). Prices are not real-time. We work to keep Bourse available but cannot promise it will always work without interruption, for example during maintenance.
Where data comes from is described in Data Sources and Compliance.
Intellectual property
The Bourse software, design and our own texts belong to the operator. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use Bourse for your own, non-commercial purposes.
Public filings are public records. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. News headlines, excerpts and images belong to their publishers; we show them with a link to the original. See Copyright and IP Complaints.
Liability
We are not responsible for investment results or for decisions you make based on information in Bourse. Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Bourse and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Except in urgent cases or where the law requires it, we will tell you first and give you the chance to explain.
Complaints
If something does not work as it should, email bourse.official@gmail.com with a short description. We reply within 14 days.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Bourse changes. For important changes we will tell you at least 14 days before they apply. If you do not accept the new terms, you can delete your account before they take effect.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Consumers in Poland can also use free out-of-court help, for example a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
