About Bourse
Bourse is an independent app that collects public Congress stock trades, SEC insider filings and 13F fund holdings into one readable feed. Who it is for, what it does and what it does not do.
Every trade by a member of Congress, every purchase by a company insider and every position held by a large fund is public. The problem is that it is filed in separate government systems, in different formats, on different schedules. Reading it by hand takes hours.
Bourse turns those public filings into one structured, searchable feed, on Android and on the web.
What Bourse does
- Collects official STOCK Act disclosures, SEC Form 4 insider filings and Form 13F fund holdings as they are published.
- Cleans and structures them: who traded, which ticker, buy or sell, how much, and how the stock has moved since.
- Surfaces patterns, such as insider buying clusters (three or more different insiders buying the same company within 14 days).
- Adds context with global markets, news from central banks and regulators, and a daily brief written with the help of AI.
Everything is described in detail on the Methodology page, including where each data set comes from and its limits.
Who it is for
Individual investors who want to see what insiders, politicians and big funds are doing without reading raw filings. Students and researchers who need clean public data. Anyone who wants a faster way to find companies worth researching.
What Bourse is not
- Not investment advice. Bourse is a data and information service. Nothing on it is a personalised recommendation to buy or sell anything.
- Not a prediction engine. A filing shows what someone did, not what will happen. See what the research says about Congress trading.
- Not affiliated with the SEC, the US Congress or any government body. The data is public, and Bourse is an independent product.
Free and Premium
News, markets, charts, watchlist alerts and the trading radar (for filings older than 24 hours) are free. Premium shows new filings immediately, unlocks the full daily brief and AI-summarised ESPI reports, adds alerts on specific politicians and lets you add positions to a simulated portfolio.
Learn the basics
The Bourse blog explains the filings in plain English: how to read a Form 4, how Congress trades are disclosed, and what Form 13F shows.
